Leigh-Ann Gowland

Eighteen years’ experience in change management, user readiness, human resources and work force transition has allowed her the opportunity to understand individual and business change and effectiveness across industries, projects and corporate cultures.

Our Founder Leigh-Ann’s experience in change management, organisational Design and Project implementation across different contexts has provided a diverse experiential understanding of facilitating change across contexts.

Her passion for people change has equipped her with a broad understanding of different change models as well as developing bespoke solutions. Her approach to organisational design and change management is based on the unique requirements of the client. Solutions are developed in partnership with key client stakeholders and change agents.

The different roles fulfilled in her career from junior level analyst, consultant, independent contractor, manager, volunteer, executive management and small business owner has equipped her with an understanding of company dynamics and operations.
